Occupancy Tax and Community Funding Requests

Use this application form for Occupancy Tax and Community Funding requests.  Do not copy and paste to another document, do not leave anything missing or changed about the application, except to enter the information asked for, and keeping the structure and numbering, wording and questions in tact.  Remember to add at the end your organization’s budget report and follow any and all directions.  Requests are only accepted in this manner. After submitting your request, you may be asked to present your request to the Town Board before consideration.  You can check in with the Town Supervisor’s Assistant if you have any questions; contact info is on the application.
