Current Zoning Change Proposals
The Town Board may propose a zoning change at any time. Queensbury zoning change proposals brought forward by property owners must follow the Town Board Policy and Schedule. Each zoning proposal has an associated project planned. Refer to the Petition for Zone Change Process to follow the procedure for a zone change with a subdivision or site plan involved.
