The Town of Queensbury is excited to announce its participation in NYSERDA’s HeatSmart community program. HeatSmart is a community initiative that supports residents in exploring ways to improve how they heat and cool their homes and water.
The CEC campaign began on January 11, 2023. Any sales/installations after that date will be credited to the CEC Leadership Program’s goal. The Town of Queensbury’s goal to achieve 5 sales/installs. Once that goal has been achieved, NYSERDA will award the Town with $5,000 (which the CEC Committee has designated to replace streetlights with LEDs).

This can be a great tool to learn more about what you can do to improve the energy efficiency of your home. This is best for people who have slightly older homes, which were not built or significantly renovated in the last 15 years.
