FIRE MARSHAL
This is inspection work involving responsibility for determining compliance with the Town Fire Prevention Code and related laws in assessing potential hazards. The work is performed under the general direction of the Town Board and Town Supervisor with leeway allowed for the exercise of independent judgment in planning and carrying out the details of the work. RECREATION PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Alternate Crossing Guard
The Town of Queensbury is currently accepting applications for an Alternate Crossing Guard for Queensbury schools on Aviation Rd. This position fills in on call for the regular guards who’s hours are 7:00-8:30 am and 2:00 to 3:30 pm and follows the school calendar, excluding snow days. The hours can be more at times of greater need, and sometimes advanced notice, paid training. Possibility to become a regular when position opens. Hourly wage is $19.90 per hour.
