How to Join a Meeting
Observing a meeting is simple:
- Visit the Town of Queensbury Events Calendar: https://www.queensburyny.gov/events/
- Click on the date of the Planning Board meeting you wish to observe
- Zoom link details will be added prior to each scheduled meeting

Why This Matters
This virtual option reflects our commitment to transparency and accessibility by allowing more people to observe the planning process. At the same time, in-person attendance remains essential for those who wish to actively participate and provide input.
Important Note About Participation
While Zoom provides greater access to view meetings remotely, public participation is only permitted in person. Community members attending via Zoom will be able to watch and listen, but will not be able to speak or contribute to the discussion. We encourage anyone who wishes to participate to attend meetings in person.
