Dear Queensbury Property Owners,
My office has started the process for our planned 2027 Town-wide Revaluation Project.
The next step is to verify the interior data items and condition of your property. We are asking for your assistance. Located on our Town website www.queensburyny.gov, under the Quick Links section you will find the Property Locator link. Using that tool, you have the ability to search for your property by tax map #, owner names or address….there you will be able to review the inventory (size of buildings, # of baths, bedrooms, etc…) we have listed on our records.
Please take a few moments to verify that especially important interior information. The correct inventory is VITAL to our valuation process. I cannot stress strongly enough how important your co-operation and honesty are necessary for a successful project.
We will assume what is on our records is correct but if you should find errors or if you prefer a paper copy of your inventory to review, please contact us at 518-761-8244/8245 as soon as possible.
