SEQR Forms

The State Environmental Quality Review Act forms are accessible on the DEC’s website.  In addition to being a fillable form the items within the form are linkable to the Environmental Assessment Form Workbooks which provide guidance and resources to complete the forms i.e. traffic details. Here is link to the DEC’s forms page where you can find the SEQR Short Form and the SEQR Full Environmental Assessment Form “Long Form” .

The Environmental Assessment Form mapper program allows for applicants to locate the project site and have a portion of the assessment form long or short form autofill certain responses. The applicant then completes the questions in a fillable format for a complete assessment form submission with the Town’s associated application forms.
