If the deed to your Waterfront Residential zoned home has changed (i.e., added/deleted a name, created a trust, transferred ownership due to a will or sale, etc.) you will need to fill out the Property Transfer Sewage Disposal application.  All of this requirements are included in the packet but if you have additional questions please contact our office.
