The Town of Queensbury hosted its annual Drive-Thru Children’s Holiday Festival, Candy Cane Lane on Friday, December 5th. The first 500 children received special holiday treats as families drove through a festive route filled with booths sponsored by local businesses, groups, and clubs. Visitors enjoyed toys, food, drinks, treats, and fun surprises at each stop. The event kicked off with kids receiving coloring contest pages and Santa letter supplies, which were collected at the final stop—where families got to visit with Santa himself!
Everyone remained in their vehicles while volunteers guided traffic to keep things safe and flowing smoothly. A huge thank-you goes out to all the sponsoring businesses, community partners, staff and volunteers who made this magical holiday experience possible!
