Submit Your Building Applications Online

We are excited to announce that you can now submit your building applications through our online portal City Connect! Please take a few minutes to register so you can submit your project and communicate with us regarding the progress of your project.

COI/WC documentation

The Town of Queensbury requires ALL contractors to submit COI/WC documentation. If you are a sole proprietor you will need to submit a NYS Exemption form which can be found by following this link: How to Obtain a Certificate of Exemption.

Form Downloads

Please READ the Building Permit Packet for submission requirements.  Submit two (2) paper copies of commercial plans and, for residential plans please submit 2 paper and one (1) electronic copy (or three (3) paper copies).  Submissions can be dropped off in person or left in the Drop Box located in the rear of Town Hall by Door 5.
