Rush Pond Trail is a 2.6-mile long pathway through the heart of the Rush Pond wetlands and is the culmination of over ten years of work by Councilman John Strough. This byway is a link between the Gurney Lane Recreation Area, neighborhoods within the Aviation Road corridor and the Queensbury School campus trail system. There are three hand-constructed bridges along the trail, the largest offering scenic views of the wetlands and stream life. Camping, swimming, motorized vehicles prohibited. Leashed dogs are welcome.
